Lime & Pepper Restaurant offers a combination of eccentric cuisine incorporating distinct flavours of the tropics utilising a variety of local produce. The visual appeal of the chefs creations complements Lime & Peppers unique beachside location and uninterrupted views of stunning Palm Cove. The restaurant is open seven days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the Rocks Cafe Pool Bar is open daily for in-house guests (seasonal & weather dependant).
Venture outside of the resort and will find yourself in the heart of Palm Cove. There's something for everyone, with an abundance of activities ranging from reef tours, scuba diving and deep sea fishing adventures to white water rafting, evening dinner cruises and rainforest walks. Embark on a day trip into Cairns or explore the wonders of the Daintree, Mossman Gorge and Cape Tribulation. Ride the famous Scenic Railway train to Kuranda or visit Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park.

Restaurants & Bars
Lime & Pepper - offers a combination of eclectic cuisine incorporating the sumptuous and distinct flavours of the tropics. Utilising a variety of local produce, Executive Chef Thomas Ege creates an array of impeccably presented dishes which are designed to complement the restaurant's beautiful beachside location and views of stunning Palm Cove. Opening hours: Breakfast - 6:30am to 10:30am daily, Lunch - 12:00pm to 3:00pm daily, Dinner - 6:00pm to 9:30pm daily.
Lobby Bar - situated in the open air lobby looking out over Palm Cove Beach and the Coral Sea. The Lobby Bar is the perfect place for pre-dinner cocktail or relax with friends over refreshments.
On the Rocks Cafe Pool Bar - while you're poolside or enjoying a refreshing swim, the Pool Bar serves tempting cocktails and light snacks (season / weather dependant). Open daily from 11:30am to 5:00pm.
Swimming Pools - these include a unique formal pool with cascading waterfall, lagoon swimming pool with swim-up bar and sandy beach and the Rainforest Lagoon Pool. Sun lounges are scattered around all pools on the grass surrounded by landscaped gardens. For your comfort the Formal Pool is heated during cooler months.
Gymnasium - located in the tennis club area at the western end of the Resort. Opening from 8:00am to 8:00pm daily.
Tennis - located on the western side of the Resort bordering Cedar Street. Hours of operation are 8:00am until sunset every day. A small charge for equipment hire applies.
BBQ on the Rooftop Terrace - fire up the barbecue and spend a lazy afternoon on the rooftop terrace. Private use is available and bookings through reception are essential. A menu of Cook Your Own BBQ Packs are available from Lime & Peppers Restaurant or reception.
